Ինչպե՞ս լինել պահանջված մասնագետ․ սեմինար ՀԿՀ ուսանողների համարam-ի և Hirebee-ի համահիմնադիր Լուիզա Ավետիսյանի հետ

Փետրվարի 28-ին կայացավ «Ինչպես հաջողության հասնել աշխատանքի շուկայում» թեմայով սեմինար Հայ կրթական Հիմնարկության 100-ից ավել ուսանողների համար, որն անցկացնում էր Staff.am-ի և Hirebee-ի համահիմնադիր, ձեռներեց, դասախոս, տեխնիկական գիտությունների թեկնածու, «ՀՀ աշխատաշուկա» զեկույցի հեղինակ Լուիզա Ավետիսյանը։
Այսպիսի սեմինարները կազմակերպվում են ՀԿՀ-ի կողմից ոլորտի առաջատարների հետ համագործակցությամբ, որոնք հատուկ նախագծված են ուսանողներին տալ գործնական գիտելիքներ և գործիքներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են իրենց կարիերայում հաջողության հասնելու համար։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Լուիզա Ավետիսյանը ուսանողներին ներկայացրեց իր կարիերայի ուղին՝ կիսվելով իր փորձառությամբ: Ուսանողներին տրվեց պոտենցիալ գործատուներին գրավող մասնագիտական պրոֆիլ ստեղծելու խորհուրդներ և ինչպես կողմնորոշվել աշխատանքի շուկայում և դիրքավորվել հաջողության հասնելու համար։
Նա նաև ուսանողներին ծանոթացրեց Staff.am-ի կողմից 2023 թվականին ստեղծված Career Factory հարթակի մասին, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս կարիերայի զարգացման լիարժեք դասընթացներ անցնել օնլայն ձևաչափով և ստանալ հավաստագրեր դրա դիմաց։
Լուիզա Ավետիսյանի հետ սեմինարը հիշեցում էր շարունակական ուսուցման, մասնագիտական աճի և աշխատաշուկայի անընդհատ փոփոխվող պահանջներին հարմարվելու կարևորության մասին: Ուսանողների համար սա հիանալի հնարավորություն էր առաջին ձեռքից խորհրդատվություն ստանալու հաջողակ ձեռներեցից և աշխատաշուկայի փորձագետից:
